  We hope you enjoy browsing this site and find it to be of use!  This website will help you to make the most of Caia Park whether you have lived here for 30 years or are visiting the area for the very first time! The website includes lots of theme-based information about local people, projects and the area in general.

Caia Park Communities First is a Regeneration and Community Development company funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
We oversee the delivery of services within the area whilst working towards improving the quality of life for residents of all ages in a variety of ways.

Caia Park is one of the largest housing estates in North Wales and is located just outside the town centre of Wrexham; a thriving market town in North East Wales.

Caia Park is located to the North East of Wrexham town centre, North East Wales and is home to approximately 12,500 residents. The area has a long history of community development and a strong base of active residents who are interested in improving their local community. Many families who live here have made Caia Park their home for many generations and the community spirit that exists here is second to none! Since the Communities First programme started, strong links have been made with local people in various capacities and these relationships have created many positive results for individuals and the community as a whole.

Caia Park is made up of five electoral wards each with their own identity and sense of community and these five areas collectively make up the largest social housing estate in North Wales and a place that local people truly are proud to call their home.
