Adult Play Area for Caia Park
Caia Park Residents Advisory Panel is currently working on a project to try to reduce obesity in the older generation. As part of this, they are seeking funding for the purchase and installation of an Older People’s Play area. This contains specialist equipment designed specifically to provide safe and gentle exercise for adults. If anyone is interested in taking a look at the plans please call into Communities First offices; 17-18 Gwenfro.
If the group are successful with their bids, the play area will be installed adjacent to the existing children’s play area off Prince Charles Road. This will mean that those who take their children or grandchildren to the play area will also be able to have some fun and keep fit at the same time.
